No. You have to book a room for the night. Bitter sweet thing about it. But depending on how many people are going you end up paying the same for the room which includes the water park basically the same price you would pay for water park admissions at other indoor places. As long as you have four or more people it's worth it to spend the night. Plus you get 2 days out of the water park. The day you check-in and you can stay the whole day you check out.
You can enjoy magic quest and the other fun things just not the water park
