GWL New England check in is 4pm but you can use the water park at 1pm. Just leave your bags in the vehicle. There are small lockers outside water park. Small fee to use them. Also bathrooms and changing room in water park area. GWL provides towels in water park area. There are tables and chairs for those who aren't ready to get wet! Front desk will instruct you when your room is ready. I went during a slow time so I had ZERO problems! I have read though that busier times can make the front desk have a line.
4pm is check in at the fitchburg ma location. However you can start using the water park before u get in your room. All these questions and answers are on the great wolf lodge website. An to the person asking about check out, its at 11am and yes u can use the water park all day on the day of check out.

4pm but you can start using the water park and game room ect before you can enter your room. I find it hard to do this. Your all wet even tho theres a shower ur carrying a bag around for the family everythings wet. I just use the first day to unpack .. Settle in and eat bathe and relax
