Great King suite. Bed was comfortable. Room clean with nice size fridge and microwave. Only draw back was the shower head height. It is great for tall people but I am 5'2". I could not touch it to adjust the water. I would recommend a lower handheld attachment for the height challenged traveller such as myself. Hot free breakfasts are back. They did a good job keeping it stocked with a variety of options. Staff was friendly. Lots of dining options nearby.

Girl at the front desk for nights is rude and unprofessional. Double charged me on my booking because she didn’t know how to check me in, even though the room was paid for I was told I was gonna have to pay again. It got resolved the next morning but if someone else was in my shoes and didn’t have a credit card checking in at 2am they would have been in the streets. Woke up to alarms because someone pulled the fire alarm supposedly but now it’s gone off twice. Can I get my money back for not being to sleep at this hotel? pet fees are 50 dollars. Gave it two stars but now I’m giving it one for no late check out. Penny the morning front desk person made up for my stay and brought this from a 1 to 3 star for showing some good customer service and giving me an extra hour. Thank you penny

I had a great experience at this Hampton. I am only giving it 4 stars because of the highway noise my first night there. The staff was very nice and did move me to the other side of the building. It was very clean and my room was quite spacious. I give the service and location 5 stars... but I do feel for everyone who stays on the side of the building close to the interstate! Thanks for a great vacay getaway!

Overall a great stay. Only real complaint was we did NOT have a microwave in our king room!! The noise coming from the hallway from kids running up and down the halls while talking loudly was annoying but it was quiet at night. The king size bed was comfortable but I brought my own pillow so not sure how the pillows were. The breakfast was okay but the same both days. I would have liked some other option but we went out for breakfast/brunch the second day so it was fine. We didn’t use the pool but it looked like all those kids were having fun in there. Nice place for a couple’s weekend gateway if you don’t mind kids running the halls all day long.
