The staff at this location are exceptional! After I checked us in after we arrived in town to a pre booked hotel that has fallen on bad times and was unsuitable, Catori’s compassionate care, Amanda’s support as the manager, Bobbie’s kindness in the breakfast room, and the care and grace of EVERY STAFF MEMBER in this place has made our difficult situation (hospice care for our father) so much easier to bare. We will stay here again and cannot say enough good about this establishment.

We choose hotels mainly based on location and the pool. This property has a nice pool, but we couldn't use it because it didn't open til 10 am! We like to swim before breakfast and then get on the road. Please consider opening the pool at an earlier time. Beautiful property in a new area of Ft. Wayne. Only other complaint was juice machine was not refilled during our breakfast. The staff person said that they would do it, but they just put an "out of order" sign on the machine. **

I actually loved this little hotel. I regret not getting photos on both my stays. The best prices I have found so far have been from their website, especially if you are an IHG Rewards Club member. The interior of the property's common area was clean, well-lit, modern, and bright. There was a small open business area, exercise area, pool, vending, and meeting rooms. There was free coffee and tea in the lobby too. For both of my stays, I had a King sized single bed. The thick mattress was perfect, soft yet firm. My first room had a sofa bed, coffee, and desk area. The second room had a lounge/chaise instead of a sofabed. My favorite was the shower. I loved the no-tub walk-in shower with the sliding glass doors. Furthermore, I loved the switch to the pump body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. There was a microwave, Keurig, iron, mini-fridge, and TV with open HDMI ports. Of course, the free breakfast is always decent. I love how they had someone in there cleaning.
