I Love💗 this hotel🏩 is is Perfect💘 It is luxurious inside, very clean, has plenty of space, the staff is very friendly and will help with anything, inside is very modern. Plus, there is a restaurant inside next to it and it is luxurious and delicious💗!!!! The Best hotel downtown🏙 in Fort Wayne❤

Nice hotel conveniently located downtown by a minor league baseball field, convention center and museums. My only issue was charging for parking without asking or telling me. It wasn’t used so there was no need for it. I did get a refund but had to call and ask it.

Signs and Cashier informed us that rooms are cleaned upon request. We arrived on a Friday, requested room to be cleaned on Sat., we arrived back to hotel late Sat. Night rooms not cleaned and garbage smelled. Left early on Sunday, requested for room to be cleaned, once again after arriving back after 8pm, room NOT cleaned again AND NOTHING could be done, but was offered to take whatever we wanted from the snack area. Very dissatisfied with the service! Will not recommend

Located right across the street from the Hilton Convention Center which was where our dance Workshop was held for the weekend. Really appreciated their help in a screwed up hotel reservation that could have been a catastrophe. Also appreciated the courtesy of a hot breakfast at no extra cost each morning.
