Pulled up to the store front and it appeared closed. There was a clothes basket in front of the door. Called the number on the door. When asked if they were open they gentlemen asked “service or sales?” When we said service he said he was booking a month out. This is definitely not the place to go to have your bicycled serviced in a reasonable time frame.

What an awesome bike shop. My wife and I picked up two bikes last minute and they’re both awesome! The owner as extremely helpful and gave us both a solid deal. extremely friendly and made it worth every dollar. 10/10

I have purchased 2 bikes from Nate in a week. One for my daughter, a very nice and way reasonably priced haro 24 bmx. And a GT mountain bike for myself. The man is awesomely genuine, loves what he does, and will be an absolute staple for my bicycling needs now and everytime I or my family requires it. Keep it up, Nate!

Nate at Art Werks Bike Shop is the best. Just a great guy. Does a lot of generous things for people who need help. He has been in to bike's his whole life. Not saying he's old, but we'll say wise. Always takes very good care of his customers. I bought an early 70's Chicago Schwinn and have loved it from day 1. If you are looking for a high quality, classic bike at a fair price, this is the only place to go in Fort Wayne. He also buys used bikes, but not bikes that were not made in America that came from giant , big store so don't waste your time with that.
