I will admit service and food here has improved over the past year. The daytime- inside workers are great. For papa johns pizza you must say well -done other wise it will seem on the line of not being done. This is my all time favorite pizza and appreciate the few employees that go above and beyond to make sure my order is correct. They take care of me and I take care of them by leaving a tip.

This location has always been my least favorite Papa John's but after this last pizza I am done with this location. I ordered square cut and it looks like the person that cut the pizza had no idea what a square is supposed to look like. I called the location and the manager said "sorry about that" and hung up. There is zero quality control at this location. I will never be back.

Ordered a pizza for carryout (I wasn't aware it was a call center) and was told the pizza would be ready for pickup in 15 minutes. When I arrive the very rude attendant informed me that he was the only employee in the store & it would be an additional 30 minutes. No apology was given, nothing to make up for the inconvenience, not even coupon. I haven't ordered Papa John's in years & doubt I will again for several more years.
