I have been sitting in the Parkview walk in clinic for almost 3 hours waiting to be seen. I don't know what the problem is,evidently they don't have enough doctors working here or they just don't give a care. I have never waited this long anywhere. My regular Dr. Garrean didn't have any openings 2day so her office sent me here. What is the point of having a regular Doctor if they can't see you when you need them?

Fix the way you handle (or in this case, don't handle) phone calls. I honestly cannot believe you're trying to run this place with an automated system that hangs up on anyone who calls if the lines are busy – no putting people on hold and no option to leave a voicemail. I don't know what manager made the decision to do this, but it's patently obvious you're trying to deal with being overwhelmed by shutting aggrieved or potential new patients out. The staff I saw during my visit were kind and helpful, but for whatever reason the painkiller prescription I got was massively screwed up. Two pills to last me three doses a day for a week. This could have been quickly and easily fixed with a phone call. Instead the only way for me to remedy this problem was to physically return to the clinic during a time when I was in too much pain to drive and didn't have reliable alternate transportation.

Easy in and easy out, having come first thing in the morning. Kind, efficient and helpful. It’s nice to have access to non-emergency care when my regular doctor can’t see me quickly. I see a lot of complaints about wait times. Even though that was not my experience, people should expect to wait at a walk in clinic. And don’t go at lunchtime!

Where do I even start?! First of all the receptionists need to lower their voices. They were not trying to keep anyone's information confidential. I was standing by the front door and could hear all the information being recited loudly about the person in front of me. I heard his address, number, reason for visit and much more. image if I was crazy and wanted to collect that. It made me nervous and embarrassed when the women started to scream my information, announcing my insurance, full name and address to everyone around. Along with not speaking quietly, I heard them speaking about lunch plans and how much to pay the other right in front of clients waiting. It's not professional. To top it all off they make you wait in your car now for hours at a time, so bring lunch or something. I don't understand why because when they call you in they just make you sit in the lobby and wait again for someone to bring you back. Almost as if we could be sitting there the whole time. Everyone's still required to wear masks inside vaxxed or not. The doctor rushed me and just excused my symptoms quickly. I understand they're busy and can't make every visit super personal but I would hope they at least sit down and listen. One of the worst experiences I've had at parkview besides all of their mean, rude, unprofessional nurses I've encountered. Do better.

Y'all should be able to schedule an appointment for today; if not they accept walk ins
Depends on what is done during your visit.
Yes Parkview Physicians Group accepts Medicaid.
