Tammy is absolutely the best groomer. Kind, compassionate, and goes above and beyond what she needs to. One of the most important aspects is that she continues to keep herself, her shop and fellow employees up to date on the latest developments. State of the art equipment is how Tammy keeps her shop at the forefront of any groomer. Her prices are extremely reasonable. If you are a new dog owner and have any concerns or questions, she if more than happy to guide you to keeping your pet clean and healthy. Soooooo disappointed. Actually sick over the situation. My dog was cut by the groomer. I was not told about the incident. Found the cut later that day. I contacted owner. Claims she didn't "notice"!!!! My poor baby had to have bled or cried out in pain. My dog required 4 stitches. Worst off all the owner only noted how great her reputation was. NEVER offered how she could help fix the situation. NOTHING. I have a hefty vet bill and out of the cost for her service.....of course my check was cashed. So incredibly disappointed!!!! Accidents happen, I get it. Please let your customers know if a situation like this happens........my dog could have had a nasty infection, if not worse.
