Customer service, are you kidding me? First of all the drive-thru signs contradict each other so you are supposed to know which ones they mean. If you get it wrong, they whisper to you that you need to get in other lane, then when you do they make super-loud announcement that you got in that lane incorrectly, needed to go around building though you didn't get that from the whisper voice. In then speaking with the manager, ASHLEY THE PHARMACY MANAGER PROUDLY MAKES YOU AWARE OF HOW IN CHARGE AND RIGHTEOUS SHE IS , and asks if I still want to be waited on or just leave!! I kid you not, that is how you are treated. Then after calling to see if the scripts are ready and the price, they tell you they are out of stock!! Will let my insurance know how wrong they are to recommend CVS pharmacies, they are all demeaning, rude and completely disrespectful, especially when the people who are there are likely in rather important need of the medication. Very, very sad that they feel fine, even indignant in treating people like this.

What is happening to customer service anymore?? I get it people have stuff going on or you don’t enjoy your job, but don’t take it out on others. Being somewhat pleasant goes a long way. My mother and her friend were there today and they were both astonished at the ‘don’t give a flip attitude’.

Pharmacy techs were nice and helpful. Went to check out and whoever the lady with the shoulder length white/gray hair had an attitude. If you dont want to do you job, dont take a job and give attitude to customers when they ask a question.

This CVS has always had subpar customer service and that's why I rarely go there. Today, I was only picking up photos that I sent there to be printed. I went to the photo counter and waited for help. A female employee walked right by and went to the other registers, followed by a male employee that also failed to acknowledge me. A few minutes later, he went by again, even looking down to avoid eye contact. I watched the female chit chat with a customer for a few minutes, while she looked at me twice, but still failed to care that i was there. Another customer came and was helped. Me, still nothing. So I walked out. Not acceptable. They can keep my photos and hang them on their refrigerator. Ill get my pictures elsewhere.

I noticed that they had sold watches there before, I'm not sure if it was a seasonal item, or if they had it all the time. Here's there number, the best thing I can think of is call and ask. 570- 587- 1205
