Overall unpleasant location. No one greets you, they kind of pretend you aren't even there. When you hunt someone down and actually get their attention, they aren't even helpful. That goes for the regular associates and the manager on shift. Unless you plan on going in to grab something small off of a shelf, go up to the check out and leave, I can't recommend this loaction. Any large purchases ($500+) you should really go through a different company but if you insist on wanting to go to a BestBuy, you will probably have a better experience at literally any other location. If you do go here and are having a long and/or bad experience, don't wait for it to get better, just take that as your sign to leave and go elsewhere.

Be careful if the Geek Squad comes to your house and wants to sell your “better” WiFi system. They claim it will dramatically improves your WiFi strength. As it turns out it doesn’t. You end up with the same WiFi speed on your TV, etc. as you had before spending $200+!!!

This is my go to place for auto and home electronics. There has always been plenty of parking available. The layout is pretty easy to follow, just look above the shelves and you'll notice signage to show you the way. I thought the prices were competitive and assistance was easy to get. Checkout was a breeze made even easier by previous purchases. It's a bit of a drive for me so I don't go to best buy unless I plan on buying something and I check the website for availability. With gas prices as they are I highly recommend checking out the website first.

My Husband and I purchased an appliance suite about a year ago. We were constructing a new home and were unable to accept delivery right away so we held off delivery. When delivery was finally made the refrigerator, dishwasher and stove were damaged. The store manager was very nice and attempted to get replacements, this took several weeks. We waited and when the refrigerator was received it was also damaged. When the stove came the oven wouldn't work. Again we waited several weeks for replacement. The third refrigerator seemed to be fine and looked good. The third and fourth stove and second dishwasher were damaged. On all deliveries the delivery people would remove it from the packing on the porch of our home and the damage was discovered there. We have stayed at our home waiting for delivery patiently and time and time again they either canceled the delivery or never showed. We are at our wits end. What can we do? We are still waiting for our fifth stove to be delivered and installed. It was supposed to be delivered on the 27th of February 27, 2022 between 7am and 1pm. We waited and were informed by text it was necessary to reschedule. By the way, these items have been paid for 30 days after order. I will say the store manager and people have been very pleasant however, something must be done. Our time is valuable and waiting and waiting is inconvenient. Also, we don’t have the use of a product we paid for.

Just as with any business if they are busy with sales they may not answer. Try them back! Nothing beats going to the store, too.
I did on this last visit
Saw several people not properly wearing masks making them useless. Not alot of sanitizing or wipe downs. Employee i saw also not wearing mask over nose so again..... Useless

I honestly never called them. When I went and bought two TVs recently, it went well but I have no idea how their telephone manner is.
