First, I took my son there to LOOK at puppies to see what he likes and to find one HIMSELF. The heavy set woman that's Staff there was beyond rude. Talking over me while I was talking to my son to the point we were voice battling and I had to tell her to stop. Like are you kidding me? Pushing the issue on me. Just very very very rude.

Staff is great, and accomidating not pushy. The staff takes great pride and time with puppies (yes they have puppies). The Staff works with the puppies to ensure they have fun time outside of cages. I think a lot of people don't realize …
