Walmart super center does decorate cakes when they have the books by the bakery to pick out your design. However I personally have found that weis markets bakery is a better alternative

They provide wipes for the carts. What I don't like is the carts are before you get to the wipes and the hand sanitation is not always full.

NEPA covers a very large area. There are a few hair salons that keep certain colors in stock. Your best bet, is to order the color you want online through the walmart.com site, and have it delivered to your nearest store. That way you'll get exactly what you want at the biggest convenience.

The smallest SD Card you can get that is fast enough for modern camera, drones, etc is 8GB, maybe 4. I think I saw a 4 at Walmart. But, honestly, SD memory is cheapest per GB between 16&32 GB. That's the best value. But even an 8 would be way better than a 2. If the device you are using is old and had a 2 that died, don't worry. It should at least go to 8. And even if it doesn't recognize all 8, the 2-4 it does will be used and you can use the rest of the space on a diff device. Staples in Dickson has some SD and Flash drives on a good sale this wkend. Worth checking out.

Having worked retail, it should be open till the store closes. But some stores do close jewelry counters early by like 30 minutes to do a daily inventory to reconcile sales to on hands. But i would say its open till closing.
