Used to be a good store. Now their customer service is dreadful - literally had to justify why I wanted someone to get a tool down from the job shelf on a ladder rather than a different tool on the floor. Also refused to accept defective equipment

Don't buy/schedule flooring from here. Absolute nightmare in terms of customer service and issues with supply. Can't believe how many times they messed up the order, sent me the wrong information, and just generally had no idea what was going on. You'd think signing a $3k contract they'd be a little bit more helpful. My "favorite" part was them telling me to schedule the install by calling a number in NYC. I called the number and they had no idea what I was talking about. The flooring department has some real serious issues, and store management has no idea how bad their service is.

Always a deal in here. The customer service is pretty good too. I can always come here to get what I need to accomplish my job. The bathrooms are pretty clean which is unusual for stores this size. The staff goes above And beyond to make sure you find what you need and they're very knowledgeable in their departments
