This is hands down the worst Price Chopper/Market 32. They are constantly out of all kinds of items, there are never enough registers open for the number of shoppers in the store, and they (like all Price Chopper locations) use shady sales tactics (for example they regularly jack up the price of something 50-80% for a BOGO sale). It's sad because this is the location of the original store, and they don't care enough about the community that built their business to provide a consistent quality shopping experience. Choose another location, or better yet, an entirely different brand.

I have been coming to this price chopper for the past 20 years and all through out covid. I've had issues of lack of people to run registers before but since they opened up the self serve lines thats been less annoying but now they won't allow you to use the self serve lanes if you've got more stuff than 20 items. I am faster than the people on the lanes, lol and you have no lanes open and there's NO ONE in line waiting for the self serve line. But ok. This is the third time in the past 2 weeks the people at the front are not helpful or nice, i had my arms filled with kids ice cream sprinkles and such and cashed out (the machine did not ask me if I needed or used any bags, I only have a card the machine is card only) I asked her for a bag she said no unless I had FIVE CENTS. I said I only have a card u want me to walk to my car and back for 5 cents she said yea or I can't give you a bag. I'm literally never coming back to this store again, it has never been like this before but none of the workers are helpful or nice anymore and I'm over it. When the lady with the red hair was always there I have never had an issue but lately I don't see her and no one is nice and they seem to have new policies where they just say No to helping customers lmaooooo I'll go to Walmart from now on.

Oona (Soda)

This is the worst Price Choppers in the area. This store never has anything in stock. Management and the sales associate never know anything. A lot of people standing around talking.There is always a line in the deli. Management has no idea what cross training is. Asked the cashier for a bag for my groceries and she did not attempt to bag them.
