I used to be a HUGE fan of Lowes. I love how they take care of our Veterans and, in my opinion, they carry more Made in USA merchandise than Home Depot. However, we purchased $3,000 on two appliances the week of August 28th. The fridge and dishwasher were delivered and installed. The freezer doors were both damaged. I accepted delivery with the condition they'd be replaced. Replacement doors were scheduled for 9/8. The fridge did not fit through the back door. Doors needed to be taken off for it to fit. Brackets for the dishwasher were not included. The dishwasher was installed but it's not secured in place. It's working, but we have to be careful when loading/unloading. It will lean forward and make a mess. The deliver men leave. The fridge door continues to ding as if the door were open. Water line is connected to the frige, but water dispenser not working It turns out the deliver men installed the doors but never connected the water lines or the sensor for the doors. After 13 phone calls, over 3 hours (collectively) of hold time, I get someone on the phone. He actually offered to come to my home himself to help fix the problem, which he did. Now, doors were to be delivered on 9/8. Called several times on 9/8 with no answer. Called on 9/9 and was told they'd be delivered by end of the day. Never happened. Doors were delivered on 9/10. Ok, so doors get delivered. The delivery guy installed them incorrectly. I now have a freezer door not closing properly, ice accumulating in the freezer, and a water issue in my kitchen from the leaking. I began calling Lowes today 9/12/2022 at 9.46am. The phone continues to ring with no answer. And, when they do answer, they place you on hold for 2 minutes only to get hung up on. It is 12.30pm as I write this. I finally get a competent customer service person on the line and scheduled an appointment for tomorrow. After this horrible experiencve, I will never shop there again. I will go back to Home Depot where their customer service is a bit more palpable. I initially decided to shop Lowes because of their work with our Veterans, and they carried (in my opinion) more American made merchandise. Home Depot is now doing the same. They will get my business again. I advise you do the same. Lowes in Dickson City, PA is under staffed, unprofessional, unhelpful staff, long wait for help, and they obviously do not care about their customers.

Good store and very helpful. Customer service is sometimes overwhelmed but it's normal for all stores
