Appointment was made and talked to the Dr personal when made the appointment she was told that I had to work and that my son was in online school and was told the time that was needed because it was Court order the day of the appointment as I'm on my way to the office I get the call that the appointment was cancelled and got every run as round in the book so I lost a day of pay and had to pay the school for him missing the day Unexcused I'm not a very happy person

They just abandoned my son because his therapist left the group. He now has no help for his anxiety and autism. And their answer was “oh well, sorry”

Thomas is correct because I have Amerihealth and they took mine. My wife's is Gesinger and no problems. They say they take just about anything.
No. I had to leave a message & they called me back the same day. They're phones ring like crazy here. Very busy place but way better than SCC.
1 psychiatrist and plenty of counselors
Most times you call you leave a message. What I can say is they call back really quick, like I never waited longer than 10 minutes for a return call. They have great counselors for just about every situation from child to adult.
They do not take walk-ins & do not do any medication services.
8:30am - 8pm Saturday until 2pm Closed on Sunday's
