OMG, I have been calling the store for literally one week to make an appt. for a bathroom design (complete make-over). NO ONE answers the phone, not customer service, not plumbing, not cabinet depts, NO ONE. What do I have to do to get an appt?

Hmm, I was in the store about 2 weeks ago and it appeared understaffed. Maybe your best bet is to go to the store and ask anyone who works there for the name and working hours of the person in charge of remodeling estimates. Good luck!
