I actually had to call the store while I was in the store to get customer service to come to the tool section because there was nobody in there to help. So the answer is yes however they take a very long time to answer.
Nobody answers the phone. Feels like a common thing everywhere.
The associates just let the phones ring nobody cares about the phones!!!

I have had such problems with lowes. It's hit or miss. They are either spot on or gone with the wind. And most lately is gone with the wind. They are not easy to get a hold of on the phone for sure. For a company of that size you think they would care about that.

Both Joseph and Mary's comments are spot on. They never answer their phone and I've actually had to call more then once while inside the store for help.
It getsto be a long time before someone answers the phone😑
