How can a store your size have only one motorized riding cart for the disabled with the size of your store and the business you do. This is the second time I have come here and it is in use. Do you have any idea how difficult it is to get here for me

This is not a complaint line. Call the store you have an issue with directly.

I would assume they don't have a lot of those carts because "disabled" people usually don't shop home improvement stores considering they really don't do home improvements

This isn't the Lowe's complaint site. Maybe you should redirect your ire to an appropriate platform.
