There's always a 'problem' with associates & how they operate the money center, even with 1 or 2 customers. Seems no one cares about working that station or perhaps it's too difficult for them to handle. Is Walmart considering an outside vendor ?

Sorry to hear that you had an issue there. I was there yesterday and everything went fine with many customers. To answer your question, I don't think they are going to go with an outside vender considering how many Walmarts that don't have this kind of center. You have to go directly to customer service in most stores.
