Whoever answered the phones today at Giant direct was extremely snippy and rude. Then they brought out only half of the things on my order. You mean to tell me your order pickers don't have the brain power to substitute for a different brand of mayonnaise? Seriously? Get it together giant you have a lot of competitors in the area that are doing a much better job than you are.

Ordered groceries from here. My fruits and vegetables had bugs and insects inside the produce. My broccoli had a long weird bug in between the florets. My banana had a worm inside that my daughter almost ate, but the worm poked its head out. I wouldn’t purchase produce from here. Everything else is good, customer service was great, selection was normal compared to ACME, and lines were short.

Not Toxicity

I worked there 10 years. The place is cheap but if you are looking for variety this ain't your place. 10-20 facings of the same product. Due to there ordering. Management is a joke. Deli seems to have it together. Walmart is right up the road. Go to giant 1st for bogo's.
