Just as with any business if they are busy with sales they may not answer. Try them back! Nothing beats going to the store, too.
About a year ago BestBuy removed direct calling options for their stores. I promise you it irritates them as much as it irritates you. Unfortunately, calling the number that google provides will not get you to the store you are trying to call. It will automatically tansfer you to a call center after a few minutes and then you can be on hold for about 30min.
Make sure u have a competitive price on an item u want as they normally will match it
There not really good at helping 9 out of 10 walk right past you. But then you find the one person who is friendly and helps a lot.
They are not great at picking it up from experience
