The customer service here is up and beyond amazing. Martez took more than care of me. This guy goes over and beyond to not only do his job, but he actually tries to help you solve your problem. I was having an issue activating my new phone onto my plan and for some reason it wasn’t connecting. The store closed at 8pm (which at the moment I wasn’t aware) and it was 10 and I asked him what time you guys close? He told me we closed already at 8. I told him: brother you should have told me I’m so sorry man! He replies na man I’m just trying to get you going, it’s ok. This guy is a kind hearted soul that truly cares about helping people and gives them quality service, something that sadly nowadays does not exist. People nowadays are just lazy and don’t wanna work and are just trying to get by at their job. Truly sad that customer service in most places is dead. Anyway, we were sitting at 10:30pm and Martez was still trying to connect my line till it was me who sayed man I’m just gonna go man. He asks are you sure? I replied yea bro I’m tired you’re tired, I’ll figure this out tomorrow. If you go into this location ask for Martez.

Martez was very professional and fun to speak with. He provided me with a lot of information which definitely showed me he is very knowledgeable of the phones in the store. I really appreciate how he listened and understood exactly what I needed and would definitely say he is a great employee for this company and could do great things. I walked into this store a boy and came out a man by the time I left the store. The manager of the store Florida Man Dan was one of the best and he knows how to run a tight ship. Fast and easy service. I will be coming back for all my mobile service needs to that dude with purple hair!
