Horrible service in here. If a UPS store can't help in a UPS issue, who can? "Oh, this is a franchise store..blabla bla...this is the type of customer service your employees are offering at you franchise branch.

This store has their own made up policies outside of UPS policies and just won’t ship things they don’t like.

Terrible service. Came in to have Quit Claim Deed signed and notarized but staff kept asking irrelevant questions and discriminated toward customers. Went to different UPS location on Lumsden and got it done in 5min.

I cannot express how helpful and kind the staff at this store is, especially the manager, Vicki! My husband and I had a whole trunk full of Amazon returns of gifts, decor and wardrobe that we didn't end up using for our wedding in July that had been sitting by our front door because we just hadn't had the time to return the items. We finally rushed to UPS after work yesterday to check this off of our list and after we arrived a whole line formed behind us. There were some people who we let go ahead of us, some people who kept talking loudly about how annoyed they were that this couple had so many boxes and some who were extremely patient. Vicki had no help at the register so she found a way to efficiently help other customers as we were pulling up our Amazon QR codes and family's addresses one by one. She even gave us tips on how to find the information more quickly and did not pay any attention to the rude words of people in line who were trying to give us and her a hard time, but she still found a way to help them and get them out as quickly as she could while still being attentive to us. She was patient, calm, kind, professional and efficient all at the same time to all of her customers. We arrived there 20 minutes before the store closed and took about 30 minutes to complete our shipments. Many people would be annoyed at this, but not Vicki. She even called me this morning to let me know that we left one box on the printer last night and she looked in it to tell me what it was and told me how to find the tracking number on the Amazon QR code so that she could print out the label without me having to come in. Moving forward, we will be lifelong customers of UPS and it's because of Vicki! She deserves a major promotion!

No.. however you can take a screenshot of the label. The clerk can then send your package off
Use your tracking number on their website. If you don't have one, contact the shipper. UPS issues numbers on all shipments. If it shows delivered and you don't have it, then you'll need to contact UPS.
Not at this location. Am guessing for after hours drop off
