Stopped in at the Red Robin at Easton for lunch today. I knew it was trouble when no Hostess in site. Waited a while for her to show up. Finally did and I was seated. She had left menus with me. There were 15 other tables occupied in the center section. They’re not seating in the other areas. This is basically the same as it was several months ago when I was here. One waitress working the whole area. She wasn’t their best and might have been new. Sat for probably 10-15 minutes waiting on anyone to wait on me. Finally came to take my order. Ordered a tea, Whiskey River BBQ burger and fries. Had to wait quite a while for the food to come out. No one checking for drink refills, even when my empty glass sat at the edge of the table. Food finally came out. Fries were barely warm. The burger wasn’t much better. I remember when I used to work in the area and we would come here all the time. Those were better times I guess. Red Robin should definitely hire some more people and put an involved Management team involved or close the business down.

When we first walked in there the lady that was sitting at the front reception area said "Is there something I can help you with?" I want to eat!! she seemed like we were bothering her. After we finally got seated everything was much better. The food was good, a little colder than i would have liked but good. The waitress was really nice and did check on us when she could. Overall the lady at the front was just really rude and it left a bad taste in our mouth. Also the place is really outdated and not as good of an atmosphere as it used to be. there were holes in the seats and things just generally seemed neglected and unclean.

It was a date with my grandson. This was his first time and he really enjoyed it. He actually ate the burger. We loved that the condiments were on the side.. he ate the pickles and tomato separately. We will definitely be going back. Plus our server was wonderful, great smile and so patient. He didn't leave us just sitting he returned decreasing times to make sure we were enjoying our meal and to see if we needed anything else.

great hamburger with bacon. But don't get the fancy bun because "the ol lady" had it all over her face when taking a bite. In other words o so delicious but nice and sloppy too☆ So stick with the regular sesame bun(wink) Hot fries were great and they even offered more, but I was full. Oh and during the day they have a fairly new bartender so stick with beer because we had to send our Long Islands BACK. The waitress was very nice about it but when you spend money for "top shelf...you WANT TOP SHELF!" (smiles)
