I made a appointment at Vision works at the mall and while we were on our way there I called to confirm my appointment time they said my son Rogelio is not on the schedule! I called Pearle and they said bring him in we can see him! I was overjoyed because we live about 30 minutes away. The Eye doctor was so informative and professional, the staff that helped my son select and fit his glasses were extremely helpful. Everyone in the store was created with smiles . I would highly recommend them.

The staff and doctor were nice, helpful, knowledgeable for what I needed, and friendly. The office was also clean and seems pretty sanitary. They could, however, improve their new patient intake process. I scheduled an appointment for an exam 2 weeks prior to the appointment date. When I arrived to check in, they had my first and last name, and DOB incorrectly. No one called ahead to confirm the name or the appointment hence I had to wait 31 mins just for them to confirm the insurance information. I came here during a lunch break so having to wait that long for something that could’ve and should’ve been handled ahead of time was extremely frustrating. So 0/10 on that part.

Dr. Pierce was friendly, precise, and conversational. He addressed my specific concerns and brought up things that previous eye doctors had never mentioned. Good experience. The staff - especially Debbie, Ilze, and Keith - were warm, friendly, helpful, and courteous. Excellent experience!
