Unprofessional staff and rude at the flooring department and lie i went there and bought some specific kind of floors they had the last 26 boxs and i asked them if i need more can you guys get them for me for sure they said yes we will for sure if they said no I wouldn’t buy this kind and i will buy another kind and Color because i dont wanna mass up my floor so i went back to them again and asked them for the same floor that I bought not even a week ago they said we dont have it any more and they cant help me with this issue so they left me in the middle and she was so rude to me and i had to drive to zaneville Ohio from Cleveland which 3 hours drive and to lorain ohio which 45 mins wasting my time and money to continue doing my floor at my house
