Very dishonest and not at all transparent. Employees will not do their jobs and supervisors allow it to happen. Very disappointing that our tax dollars are being wasted on this office.

Call the number on the back of the card. And reorder a new one. If you don't have the card call your local child support office and they will be able to give a better answer.
Yes. Arrears are collected until paid in full no matter the child's age.
There are several fax lines but I'd suggest calling customer service at 740-455-7146 for the specific dept fax number.
