Just a recommendation for Vi. If you are “helping” someone with new contacts and they are struggling. Don’t leave to do everything else besides assist with getting them in. And maybe make sure they know how to get them out before you send them off. I realize a person is either going to be successful or not, but show some semblance of interest in the customer. I’m certain you were busy and short staffed, but still. Ps, I’ll just wait for my glasses.
