My experience with the Vision Works in Westfield Mall in Brandon was exceptional. I did not use the doctors there, just filled my script from my optometrist. Jennifer provided great service on the initial order and fitting but that was just the beginning. I determined I had an issue with the script and it was apparently my incorrect answers to Is 1 or 2 better. My optometrist updated the script. I returned to VW and they ordered me a new pair (left me with the “old” set until the new ones were returned and we swapped to the new script. No questions, no hassle. Sadly, with a few weeks one lens got scratched in my direct line of sight. I returned to VW and Jennifer looked up my fulfillment date. It was within 100 days and she ordered me yet another pair of glasses, same deal, keep those and we’ll send new frames and lenses (both lenses). I was notified of their arrival. The same deal, bring in my scratched pair and traded for the new ones. In and out in minutes. Jennifer was superb in her customer service. I could not have expected better service that was very professionally delivered, in a friendly fashion.

When i came to pick up my contacts and glasses, there was a sale rep, Jennifer, who had an attitude and spoke to me curt and rude. She acted as if she was inconvenience and didn’t want to provide me any customer service.

They didn't listen to my feedback when they screwed up my first sunglasses order so of course the second sunglasses order had the exact same problem. The staff is young, inexperienced and don't listen very well. Long wait times. This is not a very good glasses shop. I gave 1 star for decent frames selection.

I recieved exceptional service from Chris who helped me understand progressive lenses. I was afraid to try them but she put me at ease. She also let me know i had 100 days to try them. I appreciate her knowledge and I feel so happy with her service. Forever customers and will recommend to everyone.
