The staff here was great to us. We came up for an adaptive soccer tournament. There was some confusion with rooms, but the receptionist worked with us. Our group was arriving at different times and she made things easier on us. Morning breakfast staff was also delightful. I only used room service once, but they were quick despite being understaffed.

staff were all friendly and helpful. Hotel updated and clean. Room very spacious and ergonomic; Hooks on walls, Watkins bath products, good drawer and counter space. Will definitely choose this hotel on future trips to this area.

This was the worst experience for me & my family. There was black hair in the bathroom when we checked in Our toilet was clogged & I had to plunge myself. The sink & bath tub wouldn't drain. The hotel ran out of bath towels in the morning so they gave us a couple small swim towels. They breakfast was awful. The bannana's were black & , no cream cheese for bagels. Not to mention the pool & hut tub were cloudy & the chemicals burned my childs face. I will NEVER visit this hotel again.

My big disappointment was being told my Amazon Package was not at the hotel. This was after I asked the night staff to have someone call me when my package go to the building. Before leaving that morning I asked for the staff to call me when my Amazon package got to the site. NO ONE CALLED!!! I called and was told no package. I drove up and the same person said they would look but did not think there was a package. She looked and my package was there for hours. This is why after spending 51 nights in IHG hotels (2022) I don't know if I want to do it anymore. I know I filled out a review before and I don't see it.
