There’s no pool that’s a myth and a lie! Besides the easy check-in and the fact that I could walk to the venue, It was an absolute nightmare! Everything was dirty! On top of it all I was concerned for my safety, a lot of suspicious activity was going on in the parking lot, Long-term residents sitting in their car outside in 97° heat Drinking and cussing all night long. Pretty much a free-for-all!

Staff enters room even when u have the do not disturb signs. Owner doesn't address your concerns or return calls. Pool is never filled but there is a water park being built at end of block. Was alot cleaner this stay atleast. Will not be using this hotel again after several issues with them.

Horrible! In the whole hotel there was only one person working. When we checked in, the refrigerator in the first room made a horrible noise. We went to report it and they changed our room. I don't know which one was worse, I think the second one. It was disgustingly dirty! There was even blood on the shower curtain. The walls were dirty, there were hairs all over the bathroom, the floors were dusty as if they hadn't been broomed. The tables full of dust, a very unpleasant smell of smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The toilet was yellow and the bathtub was not cleaned. We called the front desk to ask if they could at least change the curtain and they said they couldn't because she was alone and there were no more rooms left. We asked them to check us out and give us our money back. Obviously we left. At least the receptionist did us that favor. I do not recommend it. It's a shame that with all the price increases in hotels and lodging, they offer a worse and worse quality to the guests.

This is not the worst place I have stayed in. They have clearly tried to renovate it recently. But, they spent most of the time and money on the lobby. The rooms were done in a way where the paint is messy and the details were overlooked. Towels are so-so, pillows feel old. And most importantly, the cleanliness is questionable. Stains on our sheets, super dirty fans and air filters, stains in the bathroom. I didn't come out with bedbugs or feeling like I picked up a disease... But I did want to take a shower asap when I got home. Super convenient to the colusium, and given prices of others - this was just barely acceptable for a night after a concert.
