Definitely didn't know what to expect but overall my experience here was pretty nice. Beds were very comfortable and room was pretty clean. The front desk lady was nice also. Even though I called ahead of time to see if I could have early check inn, but was refused when got there. When I git there they couldn't honor it.

Terrible stay. The staff was friendly and helpful upon check-in, unfortunately this will be our last time at this hotel, A/C was so loud we had trouble sleeping, microwave was missing a leg, turntable didn't work, back of chair is open with wires sticking out (cut my hand), trash in the trash can, broken bathroom handle, coffee machine would not work, and room smelled of smoke (someone sprayed something to cover up the smell). All things I would expect from a 1 or 2 star hotel. Overpriced and not a place we will stay again. Diamond Club members expect better, and for over $380 for one night I would expect better. Hilton properties usually exceed our expectations, but this hotel left us rethinking our hotel choices.

Positive: I liked the location. I also liked the room itself. Negative: We paid $30 for two of us for the continental plus hot food breakfast. I dont think it was worth the price. Very typical Sysco processed food. The front desk staff mentioned there was breakfast but didnt mention it was at a cost.

Positive: Nothing everything I¿ve stayed here it¿s been a problem. So bad one time the front desk person said she was gonna give us money back for one day AND NEVER DID. Negative: I asked for more wash clothes and towels and I was told someone would bring them right up to me. They never did so I went to Walmart and bought my own Check in time the front desk person was no where to be found for like 15mins the girl from bar helped
