The usual run around. No help at all. Shame on you State or RI

VERY rude, bad attitude. Told me HIPAA laws prevented her from telling me or anyone anything. So why do you have this office anyway? I'd give her a half star for being alive, but that wasn't an option.

I have contacted this agency numerous times about the safety, manipulation & isolation of an elderly person. One of the agents told me “pretend that she’s dead & move on with your life”. Just like every other state run agency in RI! What’s the sense of reporting when nothing is done?

I filled out All the nesscery paper work. Mailed certified 3 times and went in person and got them scanned . Still after 6 months not and no one came to my home to assist it so my mom could get Long Term healthcare at home. Been over 6 months. My rating for them is now no rating before I gave a 5 star I wouldn't give them nothing. That department is so screwed up I wouldn't count on them

I believe you need to go through the court system. Look for forms online. Have her primary care Or psychiatrist Dr provide you with her medical diagnosis of dementia or Alzheimer’s share your concerns about her driving to her Drs. Do not let her drive. Take her keys away

Hi. I'm 57, my mom is 85, I also want to be the one to take of her. Are you her caregiver? Do you get paid to take care of mom? I believe there's a way.
