I filled out All the nesscery paper work. Mailed certified 3 times and went in person and got them scanned . Still after 6 months not and no one came to my home to assist it so my mom could get Long Term healthcare at home. Been over 6 months. My rating for them is now no rating before I gave a 5 star I wouldn't give them nothing. That department is so screwed up I wouldn't count on them

My sisters and i have my mom with mental and physical issues. We have applied 3 times since 2017 for my moms longterm care also and we have been denied twice and also supposedly accepted once we never heard from anyone that she was. Now shes not accepted and we have to start the process all over again. We need to have help for these elderly needing assistance.!!!! So i know where you are coming from. Maybe some day someone will reply to our plea for help.
