The only reason I bother being a patient here is because I don’t have private insurance to have better service. The receptionist are horrible in the dental clinic. When im the waiting room, I see them gossip more then actually being productive. When you call for a New patient appointment, they don’t bother telling you when the best time to call is to try to get a slot or offer to put you on a cancellation list. As a existing patient, I knew I had to right to get offered a follow up exam appointment but she didn’t ask if I was a existing patience. She was quick to tell me no appointments were available. The hygienist are polite and do a great job. The dentist.. not so much. Lack of interest in the patient. Dental exam was like 5 mins or less. What a shame.

I would've given 5 star's if they got rid of there outrageous RULE about appointments! Sometimes thing's happen that we have no control over for example your child gets sick or there's a death in your family and you obviously would have to cancel your appointment for thing's like that. Oh no not at this place it doesn't matter if your on your death bed if u cancel a 4th appointment they punish u for a year u don't get any of there service's!!! I don't think ANY doctor should turn a patient in need AWAY! I had to be at court one day and i didn't know because my lawyer moved my date and forgot to tell me and i had an appointment so when i called to cancel they said I'm sorry but u have no more cancels left! And thats 3 times i canceled within 2 YEARS. So they would rather me get a warrant out for my arrest for not going to court to go to my appointment!? I mean come on u should only penalize people that are constantly late or canceling!!!! Fix that stupid rule and you would be the best doc I've ever HAD!
