I have been begging these people to send over my lab results to my Dr.'s office for days. Every time I call, I get a different answer from their staff. The last time I called they said they "couldn't get to that part of their computer" to get the results, and told me to call customer service. What?! Customer Service said there was absolutely no reason for them not to be able to pull up the results and send them over directly. My doctor's office has yet to receive anything from Lifespan, all the while I am in extreme pain waiting for the results to come through so my Dr. can write the appropriate script. All of this feels extremely disorganized for a simple fax to be sent over.

I was worried after seeing the last review about the baby. I'm sure it depends on who is working. Katharine and Stephanie were great with our baby and the blood work was really quick. Thanks!
