Overall maybe 2 out of 10 and that’s being generous. Some of this was ok to good but the overall experience was horrible. Ugh where to start. So no one going in there knows that Dhollie only books appointments. Everything was actually fine at first. Really wasn’t a fan of the tables in the middle away from the sales desk. They actually couldn’t find the car and it’s keys that I showed up there to see. So, they showed me another. I liked it good enough. So, my sales person came over and said hey for this amount, this figure here will be your monthly payment I agreed. I paid the money down and all was good until the agent came over some time later and said there was a mistake. The agreed monthly payment was incorrect. This was the total without the APR or whatever. The real one was 170 higher. Fun right. They said a bunch of rude comments, I got flustered and agreed to the higher monthly. I suppose this was partly my fault for agreeing even though I said I didn’t like the situation but when they were on the phone with the bank after this I explored their used Kia’s online that mirrored the car I showed up there to see. I came to see a Kia that was 21k and they gave me a 2021 that was 2000 more expensive, instead of a Kia that’s a year , two, or 3 younger and cheaper in price. In my eyes, they didn’t care about the customer needs and only the sale and commission. Doing my refund the next day over my title was a hassle too. If you want a vehicle, hopefully you do your research first on the dealership. I’ll go back here for service but never for a vehicle. And to anyone from there reading this, do not contact me as I have read you saying you will on others comments. I have no desire to hear from you.

Went there in the interest of getting an EV6 since they have some coming in. Was greeted and told I'd be working with a gentleman named "Woody" which is his nickname. He was definitely a nice person and made the experience of researching this car a breeze. Would definitely buy the EV6 from them based on our experience.

I have a Soul EV since July '17. I love it!
Have to wear a mask, they have sanitizer stations on the sales floor and when you enter or exit the facility and to my knowledge at least with my vehicle I ended up purchasing they sanitized the inside of the vehicle before I went on the test drive. I believe they have made it a safe environment and I work in a nursing home where covid safety is extremely important
You have to ask people you know to be a co-signer
I wouldn't waste any more time i have a Kia an when i had an issue i called corporate!! They were awesome!!
