Our experience at Lia CJDR was a positive one! Charles Assini was very knowledgeable, honest and personable. We knew what we wanted and needed in a vehicle, but Charles went above and beyond explaining all of the tech and safety features, the process of trading in my old vehicle and scheduling pick up. He made sure we were 100% satisfied and answered all of our questions. My Chrysler Pacifica’s hood was repainted here, but within two years the repainted place had the same issues again, even worse than before. I went back to Lia in June 2021 and the staff said to schedule to repaint and let me wait. It is been a year now and I‘ve called a few times during this time, and it still makes me waiting. Does anyone have the same situation as me? Is this normal at Lia?
