I had an outstanding experience with the office of Attorney David Stoller, PA that worked on my application to convert my wife to a lawful permanent residency status. I hired David after I consulted with about ten other lawyers. My wife’s green card application was little tricky for other lawyers because choosing the right time for submitting the application was critical. In fact, another lawyer in Orlando area told us he had too much student loans to take our case. However, David’s unmatching extensive experience in immigration law really separates him from others. With extreme confidence he told us his expert opinion about how the visa bulletin would be in the following few months that helped us make our decision. Because of feeling the confidence in his tone and knowing his great reviews, I immediately told my wife that he should be our lawyer. David might neither be the nicest guy you meet nor the guy who only tells you what you want to hear, but he is certainly the fighter you want to have by your side. When I went to his office that was probably not the fanciest office from the outside, I was amazed to see how busy it is from the inside. I saw some attorneys, paralegals, and administrators, each working on a separate thing and David walking between them helping each with what he/she wants. Our paralegal, Iman Moslehy was great. She was extremely nice, very well organized, and always on the top of everything. David includes the attorney’s appearance during the Green Card interview in his reasonable price that is in the same order of other (less capable and less experienced) attorneys in the area who do not include such a critical service. Senior Attorney Claudia Hernandez came with me and my wife during our interview and provided the greatest support. Her comprehensive knowledge of the interview process made us very comfortable. She did not need to speak much during our interview because it was an extremely easy and smooth process. The USCIS officer looked thoroughly at the extremely well-organized folder that was prepared by David’s office, mostly by Iman. She told us our case was approvable after few minutes of friendly chatting. In just one day, the online account of my wife's application showed the wonderful approved status and we are waiting for her green card to arrive in the mail.

I had a scheduled appointment for 1h consultation, but when I called on time of appointment, I have found out that attorney cannot make it (whatever the reason) and I was asked to call back in 15 minutes. I would appreciate if I was notified regarding this in advance or at least whenever they knew they cannot uphold their end of appointment timeframe. Needless to say, I find this highly unprofessional, especially for a law firm since time is money; but it seems that my time was not respected. In 15 minutes, I tried calling back twice and was on indefinite hold until I finally reached receptionist on my lucky attempt #3, almost half an hour past scheduled call time. I had to reschedule and receptionist appeared to me somewhat just not paying attention, poor communication skills and confirming two different reschedule dates. I felt that this law firm cared more about processing payment (which was mentioned several times during conversation with receptionist) than being professional or having any interest in 'customers relationship optics', and obviously that made me think that I do not want to deal or waste my time & money on law firm that doesn't uphold their end of professional ethics. Then I have read all the negative reviews and I just cannot agree more that I felt that similar "unprofessionalism" vibe that was mentioned in 1 star reviews. My verdict: I was choosing between couple law firms based in Brevard, and this is the worst one. I am going with another law firm which had polite and professional attitude (and of course managed to be punctual), plus wasn't mentioning word "payment" x times while being late. My apologies.

I was a client from 2017 to late 2020. Unorganized, the first thing I was told by another attorney once I told him that David Stoller was my immigration attorney, and I’ve seen it myself, clients files piled on the floor all over the office. Communication is another issue I had, sometimes it took over a month to get a hold of my case manager (paralegal), I had to call the FL BAR association to assist at one point, I even emailed Stoller about it but I’ve never received a response, well to be honest he answered my email once I decided to fire him. One more thing I couldn’t understand (and this is coming from a person that worked his entire life in customer service) how can a receptionist give a client a nasty attitude and tell him over the phone that she’s busy and that they have to call back while calling to solve an issue?! Absolutely unacceptable. By the way, I’m still receiving bills from the “financial department” 3 months after The attorney-client relationship ended!! To be fair, Claudia Hernandez was the one person working there who helped me and I would Love to thank her for that. She deserves a five star rating. Other than that, I wouldn’t recommend this law firm to anyone.. period.

My experience with David and his staff was very positive. I wasn’t sure if I would qualify for US Citizenship but after my first appointment with David I could see that he knew immigration law inside and out. Things went smoothly from beginning to end. He even travelled from Orlando to Jacksonville to be at my final interview. David was friendly, professional and just a great guy and most importantly a great attorney. Thanks to him and all his staff I’m now an American citizen.
