I am eternally grateful with Brandt Immigration for making my dream come true. When I went few years ago to the office, Chad and Kelly told me they were going to do everything possible to help me. It was with determination and lots of work from many team members at Brandt Immigration that my waiver was approved. When the public charged law came into effect my case had to wait and then Corona Virus hit the world making everything to be on hold. After the public charge law was thrown, I was able to continue with the paperwork. Marisa is the best paralegal, with a wonderful heart that gives not 100 but 1000% to her work to help people to get that dream come true. I am now a proud legal resident making all of my dreams come true thanks to Brandt Immigration. Thank you Brandt Immigration, specially Marisa that went beyond measures to help me.

Having overstayed my visa-waiver by quite a bit I decided it was finally time to go for my adjustment of status, found the office of Brandt Immigration and it was a great experience, and in less than 8 months I had my I-485 approved. Special thanks to Ms. Lilah Bedrossian who was my primary contact, filled in all the paperwork and was always available when I needed her. From the bottom of my heart, eternal gratitude.

I had such a great experience working with Brandt Immigration on my immigration journey over the past few years. They are a family run business and truly are experts in this field! They are knowledgeable, compassionate and efficient, I really felt at ease knowing they were on my case! I will always recommend them to my friends and family! Thank you Chad, Jennifer and all at Brandt immigration, I'm forever grateful to you all and wish you nothing but success!

I received my citizenship last year and I am embarrassed that it took me this long to write a 5 star review. Chad Brandt and Kelly Sanchez took a wonderful care of me and my entire case. I never felt like I was dealing with a "bunch of lawyers". I felt like I was part of their family. This is a very difficult, stressful and emotional process. Knowing that you have someone by your side whom you can trust and rely on is very comforting. Thank you for helping me in this journey! Thank you for helping me make my dream come true. You guys are awesome!! My best to you and the entire team!

Questions & Answers

Does a Colombian citizen need both a visa and passport to enter the US?

Sandy Rodriguez | Aug 31, 2020
Chad Brandt | Aug 31, 2021

Generally, yes. If a Colombian citizen has dual citizenship with a European Union nation, they may be able to enter without a visa using that passport, although one should consult with a US immigration attorney before doing so. Absent that type of exception, most Colombians need a Colombian passport and a US visa to enter the US.

Good morning, I want to know if they help in the k1 visa process and if the consultation is free, thank you

I would like to know, what should I do to request a work permit, 180 days have passed and I have not received it, it was for asylum

Unfortunately, USCIS is slow to process all categories of work permits. The mail is slower too. Call 1-800-375-5283 to speak with USCIS and request status. If that doesn't work, call us at 407-545-2534 to schedule a consultation. Thanks!
