Don’t believe the 4.3 star reviews. This firm is only after your money. I paid 5k for a contract and they refused to complete my case when I didn’t agree to sign and pay for an additional 5k to finish it. So now it is up to me to complete my case by myself. Customer service is horrible. They don’t do follow up calls to check on your case. Every time I called to follow up I just got one excuse after another with little progress regarding it. I really hope the Florida bar association takes note of this firm’s practices and no one else suffers the same stress and frustration as I did.

Worst law firm I have ever dealt with! Super unprofessional unorganized and incompetent! Never returns your phone call like they say they will and they confuse your case with someone else’s which is not how a law firm should operate, but they are wonderful at taking your money and not giving you any information regarding your case when you have COMPLETELY paid them everything. Will definitely be filing a complaint with the BBB.

I’m obligated to leave this review for any other person thinking about hiring them as your attorney . They are efficient in performing basic paperwork tasks in regards to your case but that is about it. If your case requires more detailed attention and communication This is not the place for you , Unfortunately it is impossible to get in contact with your attorney or even a paralegal . It does not matter if it’s an emergency or if you are patient and wait for them to give you a call back , you will find yourself having to show up to their office every time as the only solution to getting an answer. Immigration is not something to be treated lightly and you definitely want an attorney who is there for you when you need them and that was not the case .
