Absolutely the worst service ever at this branch. When told to call the branch was hung up on by Jason. Was a Downey Savings customer prior to being forced into US Bank and will be canceling my account as soon as I am back in California. Thank goodness never banking at this branch again and so sad that customer service has become so horrible people should be ashamed to hang up on customers.I’m sorry to hear about your experience, Jennifer.
