Worst customer service. The manager was rude and raised her voice talking about my business for everyone in the bank to hear. It's supposed to be confidential and she didn't have to raise her voice. I have perfect hearing.

This Wells Fargo location unlike many others has upgraded their atms to give out small denomination currencies from customer's accounts. The interior waiting and service area is reasonably clean. And the staff are understanding and patient with people like me who need extra assistance to get their bus money. However, I wouldn't use the ATMs outside the store itself as the area is the definition "sketch" to the fullest. However, in normal business hours, while the bank is open, it should be rather safe.

When it was first opened, we joined and all was excellent! Within the last few months the service has been really really disappointed! There is a merchant line and then there is another line for I assume non merchants. This line is faster! I hate this bank but it's the closest one to us. The branch at Signal Hill by Costco is so so fantastic. We have been going there even though it's distance away. Today I did not feel like going to Signal Hill so I went to the this branch.. same thing happened. I was the only one on "merchant line" 6 people were called in and they had their businesses taken care of and were gone. I was still standing there. :( I wished I had gone to S. Hill branch! The Signal Hill branch "merchant' line customers receive services first regardless. Other tellers would take the next customers. If the teller designated for "merchants" only is with a customer, then the next teller would take the next customer waiting on the "merchant" line then the non merchant customer. (taking turn) To me this a fair way to service customers. The branch at Willow does not have the decency to treat customers fairly especially us "merchants" sad! I am trying to see if we could change bank. Then finally it was my turn. After my transaction, I was then trying to explain the unfairness to teller.... yikes.. I wish I never did... open my mouth.
