I had an appointment and i was told to wait. A guy storms in saying that he talk to a representative and that he would accept a walk in. He was claiming that he had 1 million and he will pull everything out if he is not seen by a banker (none of the bankers were aware of this individual). They go ahead and see him first than me. Keep in mind i had an appointment and this individual didn't! Horrible customer service! I wanted to do business with chase but after this experience i would rather do business with someone else. I would never put even a penny in this bank!

Worst customer service ever. Unprofessional and unknowledgeable. This people are mean and uneducated. Their incompetence caused my money being frozen for 2 weeks.

Very poor customer service , I needed to wire transfer some amount from one of my accounts and I was told the transaction must be done by the lady standing in front desk where they welcome the customers ! The lady assigned to me didn't even have the basic knowledge how to check my balance in my 3 different accounts with Chase. They made me stand there for at least 45 minutes in this pandemic situation giving me different funny excuses that are not expected to hear from a professional banker , like our computer isn't up dated , your balance isn't enough etc. ,finally a gentleman helped her to do the transaction after giving me hypertension . I will surely close my account because I don't want to experience such thing again, I need a bank with experienced employees and up dated computers .

Very unprofessional in this branch! nobody wanted to assist me in finding my money giving me the runaround, i asked for help and everybody was a lunch, at 11:30 . The teller advised me to call on the phone for better assistance and that was a waist of time too. I talked to 5 chase representatives and could they could not help me . Is it because I'm Hispanic or because I'm not rich what is it? Makes no sense. Or they just don't like working.

If you received your debit card thru the mail you can activate it by calling the number it has on there ..

why don't you have a ramp for disabled from the parking lot. I ts very hard to get down steps with a walker
