Based on the review I didn't come to this place, so reviews do matter. Please train your staff it effects the business.

Staff need to be replaced. If you aren’t “white” they treat you with differently and disrespect talking to you like u can’t understand or never owned a account & the bad service soon as u walk in the door. I will be contacting the head of the bank that signs there checks because they need a readjustment ASAP

This place is a freaken joke. Be ware, they are not out for your welfare and no real security if someone hacks into your account. So done with o.c.c.u

If you have a loan out at LBS FCU, you can still get an account at Orange County's Credit Union. There's not a restriction such as you may only have 1 credit union account at a time. Hope this helps!
