Great selection of frames. Very conscientious. They work with their labs to insure the best quality lenses. Every pair I've gotten from them has been superb!

I always have great experiences at Warby, and today at Berkeley was no exception. Kristen and Essie were extremely helpful!

I had a wonderful experience in-store. Came in with a photo of what I approximately wanted. The store is organized by frame shape so it was easy to filter down. I found a frame I loved in 10 minutes and the associates were very helpful and encouraging. I was out the door for under $100 and in 20 mins. Compare to LensCrafters where I was handed a tray and told “let us know when you find something you want”. Organized by (overpriced) brands not by shape so I spent 45 mins poring through the whole store and leaving empty handed. Can’t speak for the lens quality at WP but if you have a simple prescription I imagine it’s just fine.

So the company is great and the online experience is really where they excel. The live customer service is terrible. It is the Apple model, where tons of people stand around but none can do anything useful (literally the standing employee was fixing her hair in the mirror). I wish companies would train all their employees to do the same work, like adjust eyeglasses. It’s not that hard.

No. Warby Parker only sells their own line eyewear.
You probably want to contact Warby Parker directly rather than ask a bunch of Google users that spend a bunch of time answering questions. I do believe, however, that Warby Parker, has a satisfaction guarantee. At the very least, you can make a return and get a new pair with the specifications you want.
Yes, they have an entire section for children's glasses at the 4th street store.
Our glasses start at $95, which includes the cost of the frames and single-vision lenses. The price will go up from there, depending on the material of frame you choose, as well as the type of lenses you'll need.
We don't offer eye exams at this location—so sorry to disappoint! We do have opticians on staff who are happy to help with optical measurements and adjustments (no appointment necessary!).
