Two appointments and $670 later for my “full head highlight” the majority of my hair wasn’t even touched and I have to find a new salon. Several other issues in-between; stylist was heavy handed, color issues, cut almost 3 inches more than I wanted. I emailed the owner about it and rather than acknowledge or apologize for the obvious issue she blamed me for being late and not sending pics ahead of time… they gave back a little less that half of my money and I still need my hair done. Even though my hair is a mess, had she just responded with good customer service I wouldn’t be here writing this review because I really wanted to love this salon.

I love this salon. The services are reasonably priced and the service is better than most salons because they go the extra mile. I’ve seen two stylists there. Both are fabulous. The salon is gorgeous too! Bonus points.
