Please take peoples reviews that are downers with a grain of salt, first of all. I’ll start out saying I detest banks. It’s always such a pain to wait in line forever and then deal with a lifeless robot serving you. I come to this branch particularly because it is different. I come in, address what I want, say please and thank you, and the customer service is phenomenal even on the days I’m a bit snappy. They hire very helpful and patient tellers. I’ve seen the most ridiculous and entitled people raise a fuss over nothing and credit to these tellers who receive horrible humans to make happy while being very kind and stick to it. I respect them for it. I’ll sum it up- if you are reasonable, if you are just a little understanding or considerate or other people, you’ll come here and have an easy in and out with everything taken care of. They’re good people.

A nice building but they take your money but no service. The website is useless. When you call and explain the (simple) problem - which should be able to be done online - you get sent to an automated machine which offers "press 1,2,3 etc", but none of them applies to your problem. Then another call allows you to make an "appointment meet with a banker" in 4 days time!!! I'm looking for a new bank.

I went to Wells Fargo Today. My visit was complete opposite of what I expected. I hate to have to leave a bad review but I am very unsatisfied with the service I received from Ari Palmer. He didn’t actively listen, was impatient, and raised his voice. Granted I was indecisive on a decision. But I was immediately turned off from the service I received. Which changed my original request. I am disgusted with the Service I received today. I don’t plan on going to this location again. I don’t believe he should be fired at all. But, I had to voice my opinion.
